• Monthly Community Session: 4th Thursday at 4:30 PM

• Special Workshop: 3/21 at 9:30 AM – Seedling Workshop

• Special Workshop: 4/18 at 9:30 AM - Rain Barrel Workshop

• Special Workshop: 5/16 at 9:30 AM - Transplanting Workshop

• Jun 20 - Beginning of summer event (market + live music)

Program Philosophy

Garden Club is designed as an immersive, outdoor, community experience. Participation is always optional—children are encouraged, but never forced to engage. We believe that over time with consistent exposure, comfort, curiosity, and engagement will all naturally increase.

Being outside with friends matters. Watching, observing, or simply spending time together in the garden is a valid and encouraged form of participation.

• Parents/guardians must remain with their children.

• Activities are adaptable for all ages and experience levels.

Volunteer & Maintenance Days

• Weekly & Monthly volunteer days with flexible agendas and clear project goals

• Open to all ages and abilities

• Sign-ups encouraged for planning purposes

This community garden supports Social Butterflies Club and its programs year-round. 

Larger projects include:

• Sensory walk with stepping stones

• Seed library

• Additional visuals and signage

• Rain barrel installation

• Expanded herb and wildflower gardens
